INVOICING: if an invoice is required, it must be requested at the time of booking.

PRICE INCLUDES

Consumption of water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen (first supply) – TV (NO SAT) – 2 parking spaces in reserved covered parking – guest parking – use of the swimming pool (one for adults and one for children) open from 15/05 to 15/10 – children’s play area – football field – beach volleyball court – table football – communal barbecue area – bicycles available – safe at reception – e-mail and fax service, Internet access and PC use at reception.

The price DOES NOT INCLUDE (compulsory costs to be paid locally):

CITY TAX (from 15/03 to 15/10) = € 1.50 (4-room apartments) – € 1.65 (3-room apartments) per person (from 14 years of age) for a maximum of 14 nights

Check-Out: by 10:00 a.m.
