Thanks to our double fenced gardens, each apartment offers the ideal space for you and your four-legged friends to enjoy outdoor moments in complete safety.
The countryside surrounding the Residence is the perfect setting for pleasant walks and relaxing time immersed in nature. In addition, just 7 km from the property, you will find the Bau Beach, a dog-friendly beach located on the edge of the characteristic pine forest of the Maremma coast, ideal for spending quality time with your four-legged companion.
Also available for your pets are a fully fenced exercise area and a shower point.

To ensure a leisurely and comfortable start to your day, our facility is pleased to offer, upon request, an ordering service of fresh bread and croissants, delivered from our trusted baker directly to the front desk. This gesture is designed to delight your senses and start your day with a touch of sweetness and freshness.
In addition, aware of the importance of a warm and stress-free welcome, we offer the opportunity to request the STARTER PACK: an exclusive package designed to further enrich the quality of your stay.
This package, available upon request, includes everything you need to start your vacation in the utmost comfort from the moment of your arrival: 1 loaf of bread, 2 bottles of natural water, 1 l of milk, 1 package of cookies, i carton of orange juice, 1 package of powdered coffee, 1 package of pasta and a bottle of tomato sauce at a cost of € 25.
There is also a snack and beverage dispenser for guests at the reception desk.

A Day at the Beach
To make your stay even more special, Residence Cernaia has a special agreement with Bagno Castiglionese, a beach club located on the beautiful and wide sandy beach of Castiglione della Pescaia.
Our guests can enjoy discounted rates for umbrellas and sunbeds, starting from €22.00 per day (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds).
Free parking is available, subject to availability.
Umbrella reservations must be made through the reception in advance, especially during high season.
